6 Tips to sleep better

Tip 1:
No screens before going to bed: TVs, computers, phones, and tablets should be off!

Tip 2:
Avoid eating sugary snacks or coffee in the evening. Replace them with banans, cereal, or bread.

Tip 3:
Try to understand, is your bedroom calm, and does it help you sleep?

Tip 4:
Have a routine, that you follow every evening before you go to bed.

Tip 5:
Take a shower or bath 30 minutes before you go to sleep, to allow the body temperature to rise and drop, this will make you feel sleepy.

Tip 6:
Wake up at the same time every day, even at the weekend.
